Offline messages

Your chat box automatically turns into a contact form when you are offline. We send all messages from visitors to your email so you won’t miss a thing. You can set an email address to receive both, offline messages and missed conversations, in Settings > General(1) > Offline messages(2)
It’s simple, just click on Add email(3) and enter your email address. If you’re using groups, you can also choose a different email address for each of your groups. Offline messages are then delivered to your email, so you can answer your visitors directly from your mailbox.

Note: The default email address for receiving offline messages is the same, as the email that you created your account with.
