Follow this simple tutorial below, step by step, to start using our app.

- Log in to Smartsupp account
- Go online and chat with your visitors

Search for Smartsupp on App store, install and open it.
If you do not have Smartsupp account, you can create free account. If you already have one, then just use your Smartsupp Email (1) and Password (2) in order to Login (3).
In the Visitors tab, you can see all of the people who are actively browsing your website, and you can easily contact them.
Change your status to available (1), by clicking on your picture in the top left corner. You can also change your personal settings, such as picture, name, or description.
You can see all ongoing chats in the “Opened” tab. If you need to access older conversations, just click on the “Closed” tab.
You can easily answer your visitors, just type a message into text area (1). To speed up the conversation, you can use shortcuts (2). By clicking on the visitor’s name (3), you can block visitor (4) or end chat (5).
You can view the visitor info by clicking on the icon in the top right corner (1). In the visitor info, you are able to see and edit (2) the information about this visitor.
In case you did not allow notifications as described in Step 2 of this tutorial, you may need to allow them in the iOS settings. Go to Settings > Notifications (1) > Smartsupp (2).
Select Allow notifications (3). We would also recommend allowing Sounds and Badges (4) so you can react to your visitors’ messages as fast as possible, and won’t miss anything.
