If you’re having trouble with push notifications, please follow these steps to make sure you have everything setup correctly.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the Smartsupp app: https://apps.apple.com/app/smartsupp/id1258723897
Check that you’re set as online. If you’re offline you won’t get any notifications. You can do this in your Profile.
In the Smartsupp mobile app go to Settings -> Notifications. Check that you have enabled push notifications for chat and optionally push notifications for incoming visitors.
We also recommend to check if everything is set correctly in Notifications troubleshooting. You can also test notifications to see whether it is working correctly.
Go to system settings, scroll down and look for Smartsupp. Select Notifications and make sure that:
- Allow notifications is enabled
- Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners are enabled
- Sounds are enabled
- Badges are enabled
These steps will ensure that you have everything set to receive notifications when a visitor sends you a message. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our support team.
