You can increase it and purchase additional live chat conversations via your dashboard at any time to provide smooth and fast support to your visitors.

What happens when I run out of conversations?
You can monitor the number of used conversations at the top of your dashboard. We will also notify you via email, when you hit certain limits. The conversation limit renews every month. You can increase it and purchase additional live chat conversations via your dashboard at any time to provide smooth and fast support to your visitors.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Once you add your card to our system, you won’t have to worry about your next payments. Payment will be deducted automatically according to your billing period (monthly or yearly). You can read more about automatic renewal here.
What types of cards do you accept?
