We are no longer developing the plugin for ePages, so for some versions, this plugin may not work at all, or may not work correctly. In these cases, it will be necessary to insert the chat code manually to use Smartsupp.
step 1 Install plugin
Go to App Store
Search for Smartsupp
Install app.
step 2 Sign into your Smartsupp account
You can Create a free account or you can Connect an existing account.
DONEChat with visitors
Smartsupp chat is now visible on your website or online store. Sign in to Smartsupp to start chatting with your visitors. Set up visibility and design of chat box in Settings.
