What happens when I run out of conversations?
Conversation limits apply to the Free plan only, all paid plans include unlimited conversations.
If you're on the Free plan, you can monitor your usage at the top of your dashboard. We'll also notify you by email when you're approaching the limit. Your conversation count resets every month, so you can either wait for the next reset or upgrade to any paid plan to get unlimited conversations right away.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Once you add your card to our system, you won’t have to worry about your next payments. Payment will be deducted automatically according to your billing period (monthly or yearly). You can read more about automatic renewal here.
What types of cards do you accept?
We accept payment via Stripe that supports the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay.
My payment was not successful. What should I do?
If your payment fails, ensure you don’t have a limit for online transactions and that your card is still valid. Then, try clearing cookies and site data in your browser—it can work wonders! If the issue persists please contact support at: support@smartsupp.com.
Do you provide any discounts?
With our yearly packages, you can save up to 30%. From time to time we also offer discounts during special promotions. Information about these discounts can be found on our website, in our newsletter, and in the notifications on your dashboard.
In which currencies can I pay?
We are open to users from different countries, so we offer payments in four currencies: CZK, EUR, USD, and PLN.
How can I change my currency?

What is an AI Agent?
An AI Agent is a fully automated virtual assistant that can handle customer conversations 24/7 without human intervention. It learns from your knowledge base and responds to customer questions instantly.
How are AI Agent conversations counted?
Each unique visitor session that the AI Agent responds to is counted as one conversation. Sessions from returning visitors are counted separately. You can monitor usage in your dashboard at any time.
Can I set up the AI Agent myself?
Yes! You can configure your AI Agent directly from the Smartsupp dashboard by providing your website URL or uploading documents as a knowledge base. No technical skills are required for the basic setup.
What happens when the AI Agent can't answer a question?
When the AI Agent reaches the limit of its knowledge, it can seamlessly hand the conversation over to a human agent — either immediately or after collecting some information from the visitor first. You can configure the handover rules in the dashboard.
Can I try AI Agents for free?
Yes. Setting up your AI Agent is free and includes 10 conversations with real visitors. Complete the onboarding and you get 25 conversations to test with. No credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you by email when you approach your limit. You can purchase additional conversation packs through your dashboard at any time to ensure uninterrupted AI support for your visitors.
Is it possible to buy Mira AI as a standalone product?
Yes, you can choose to use Mira AI as a standalone product. You will still have access to the free version of Smartsupp Live Chat, and you can upgrade at any time during your subscription.

How do I purchase additional conversations?
On the Basic plan, you can purchase between 100 and 1,000 conversations for your AI agent. With an annual plan, 100 conversations cost $16, so if you choose 400 conversations per month, you'll pay $64 per month.
