What does your company do and what is your position in it?

Our store sells hair accessories online in the broadest sense – wigs, hair and hair extension accessories among other things. I work in sales and I also handle customer service.

What was the main reason you started using Smartsupp?

I took part in a training session where I learned how important it is to know and see what a customer does on your site and how they behave. The lecturer recommended several tools, Smartsupp among them.

How did you communicate with customers before you started using Smartsupp?

By phone and WhatsApp.

How did you find out about Smartsupp and what made you choose it over other live chat solutions?

Smartsupp was one of several tools our lecturer recommended at one of the training sessions. We tested four other solutions and settled on Smartsupp because it is easy to use, the most intuitive and the clearest, and most importantly it can record visitors on the site, which is a valuable source of information for us about what customers do on the site and about errors on it.
